- January 15: Intaglio SketchPad 2.6, the last version for iOS, is released.
- January 23: macOS 10.13.3 (High Sierra) and watchOS 4.2.2 are released.

- February 6: Dandara is released for iOS and macOS.
- February 9: The 1st-generation HomePod is released.
- February 11: Alto's Odyssey is released for iOS.
- February 19: watchOS 4.2.3 is released.
March 2018[]
- March 27: Apple holds a special event to introduce the 6th-generation iPad and announce ClassKit and Schoolwork. The 5th-generation iPad is discontinued.
- March 29: iOS 11.3, macOS 10.13.4 (High Sierra), and watchOS 4.3 are released.

- June 12: Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac is announced.
- June 26: Schoolwork is released for iPad users.
- June 30: The Apple The Pier retail store in Atlantic City, New Jersey is closed permanently.

- July 9: iOS 11.4.1 and macOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra) are released.
- July 17: Apple senior management changes their profile pictures to Memoji to promote the new feature on World Emoji Day.

- August 12: handyPrint v5.5.0 is the final release of the utility to allow 3rd-party printers to support the AirPrint protocol.
- August 22: Former engineer Xiaolang Zhang pleads guilty to stealing trade secrets from the Apple electric car project.
- August 24: The Parler social networking app is released for iOS through the Apple App Store.
- August 29: MyNBA 2K19 is released for iOS through the Apple App Store. The iPhone trademark is renewed by Apple Inc.
September 2018[]
- September 12: The iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 are announced at a special event. The iPhone 6, 6S, 6S Plus, X, and 1st-generation SE are discontinued.
- September 17: iOS 12, tvOS 12, and watchOS 5 are released to the public.
- September 20: watchOS 5 is released. The Gardens Between is released for macOS.
- September 21: The iPhone XS, XS Max, and Apple Watch Series 4 are released.
- September 24: macOS Mojave (version 10.14) is released to the public. Millionaire Trivia: TV Game is released for iOS though the Apple App Store. Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac is released. Apple announces that it has completed its acquisition of Shazam.
- September 27: watchOS 5.0.1 is released.
October 2018[]
- October 8: Adobe Systems Incorporated changes its name to Adobe Inc.
- October 19: The iPhone XR becomes available for pre-order.
- October 26: The iPhone XR is released.
- October 27: Apple Carrousel du Louvre, the first Apple retail store in France, is permanently closed.
- October 30: The 3rd-generation iPad Pro, the 3rd-generation MacBook Air, and the 2018 Mac mini are announced by Apple at a special event titled "There's more in the making." macOS 10.14.1 (Mojave) and watchOS 5.1 are released. The 12.9-inch version of the 2nd-generation iPad Pro is discontinued.
