The Apple Developer Connection (ADC) was Apple Computer's developer network.
History[]
Formerly known as Apple Developer World, ADC became available in mid-1998 to provide resources to help developers write software for Apple's hardware platforms. Premier, Select, Student and online memberships were available, with online membership being free of charge.
The ADC network was available in many nations and in many languages. For example, there was an ADC branch in the People's Republic of China, and content on the ADC site is available in Chinese, Japanese, German, French, as well as other languages.
Apple Inc. renamed ADC to Apple Developer for the 2010 Worldwide Developers Conference.[1]
