Apple Fitness+, stylized as  Fitness+, is a service that was announced by Apple at a special media event on September 15, 2020, alongside Apple Watch Series 6 and Watch SE.[1] It is scheduled to be released on December 14, 2020. It will also be available through an Apple One subscription.[2]

Apple Fitness+ can be found in the Fitness app on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, with the ability to transfer activity data recorded from an Apple Watch to the Fitness app. It also can display Activity Rings, heart rate, track competitions, and workout videos while playing music. It can also suggest workouts for the user. Apple Fitness+ provides a wide range of trainers to lead video workouts.[1][3]
