March 2019[]
The AirPods (2nd generation) were announced on March 20, 2019 via press release. They feature a new Apple H1 chip, 50% longer talk time compared to its predecessor, hands-free "Hey Siri" functionality and an option for a wireless charging case.
On March 25, 2019, Apple hosted an event titled "It's show time." at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus. New announcements focused on services such as Apple Arcade, the Apple Card, Apple News+, and Apple TV+.
June 2019[]

The 2019 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC19) was held June 3 to 7, 2019 at the San Jose Convention Center. During the keynote event on the opening day, new announcements included iOS 13, iPadOS, macOS Catalina, tvOS 13, watchOS 6, the 3rd generation Mac Pro and the Pro Display XDR.[1][2]
September 2019[]
On September 10, 2019, Apple hosted an event titled "By innovation only." at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple Park campus. New product announcements included the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, the 7th generation iPad, and Apple Watch Series 5. The upcoming launch of the new Apple TV+ streaming service was also discussed.
December 2019[]
On December 2, 2019, Apple held a closed press event at their New York City office in which selected developers could demonstrate their apps to members of the media. However, it was not open to the public.[3] The briefing preceded Apple announcing the best apps of 2019 at midnight.[4]
