Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock is a portable accessory from Apple that can charge Apple Watches. It became available to order on November 18, 2015 and was released on November 20.[1] This accessory was discontinued on September 7, 2022, after announcing the Apple Watch Series 8.[2]
Description[]
The magnetic charging surface on the dock uses inductive charging and can charge any Apple Watch model while lying flat with the band open. When the charging surface is flipped up, the watch can be charged while lying on its side in Nightstand mode, where it can be used as an alarm clock. The dock includes a Lightning to USB Cable and 5-watt Apple USB Power Adapter.[3]
