The Apple iPod AV Cable, formerly iPod photo AV Cable,[1] was an accessory from Apple that allowed an iPod photo or iPod (4th generation) with color display to present composite video and play audio through a television set.

History

The iPod AV Cable was also included as part of the IPod AV Connection Kit. It was superseded by the Apple Composite AV Cable which used the 30-pin dock connector instead of a 4-conductor headphone jack.[2]
