Disk Archive/Retrieval Tool (DART) was a backup and compression utility for classic Mac OS.

DART can make byte-for-byte copies of Apple II, Lisa, Macintosh, or MS-DOS disks. It does not mount disk images, but Disk Copy 6.x can do so.
History[]
DART was an internal tool at Apple Computer that was only made available to developers. Version 1.5.3 was the last release in 1993 which supported System 6 to Mac OS 8.1.
