This article is about the Apple retail store utility. Not to be confused with a generic screensaver.
ScreenSaverApp

DemoLoop, informally referred to as "Screen Saver", is an app that displays a unique looping screensaver on iOS and iPadOS devices in Apple retail stores and authorized resellers. It is installed by Apple retail employees to prevent screen burn in on demo devices. This app launches every time the device has been inactive for a period of time. Holding 3 fingers on the display at once brings up a secret menu for DemoApp.app, which plays back the file located at Root:/private/var/mobile/Demo.mov. The contents of that file may vary between device and OS versions, as well as time.

An alternative method for a kiosk-like experience on iPads is to enable Guided Access mode.[1]
