The iPhone 6 is an iOS smartphone designed and manufactured by Apple Inc. The phone was unveiled during Apple Live on September 9, 2014, alongside the iPhone 6 Plus and the Apple Watch. The iPhone 6 serves as a successor to the iPhone 5C and the iPhone 5S. The models mark the first major increases in physical screen size for the iPhone line since the taller screen of the iPhone 5, measuring at 4.7 inches (120 mm). Some iPhone 6's are said to bend in your pocket, which is a real downside to it if you keep your phone in your pocket a lot.
