The Apple iPhone Bluetooth Headset is a wireless headset marketed by Apple for the first iPhone. It is the predecessor to the modern day AirPods. It was released in summer 2007, and connected via Bluetooth. Included in the box are a headset for one ear, an iPhone Dual Dock and iPhone Travel Cable.[1]


Push the button to hold the current call, and hold it until it beeps to end the call. To turn the device on, hold the button until 3 tones play and hold it again until 3 tones play to turn it off. Playback of music or any other audio besides calls is not supported.[2]


  • This is the first wireless iPhone accessory.
  • It can connect to any modern iPhone without the need for a dongle.
