Apple iPod USB Power Adapters were marketed by Apple Computer, each featuring a USB-A port rated for 5 watts.[1]

The iPod USB Power Adapters can supply 5 watts of power to meet the minimum charging requirements of all iPod and iPhone models. It was reduced in size in 2006 and later superseded by an ultracompact form factor used by the Apple USB Power Adapters used by iPhones. The 2006 form factor was later used by more powerful 10 and 12 watt adapters used by iPads.

The adapters have a removable "duckhead" that can be switched for use with different types of power connectors.
