iPod Updater 2005-02-22 is a software update for the iPod. It was released on February 22, 2005.

New features

• iPod shuffle's software has been updated to version 1.1, which supports the iPod shuffle Battery Pack and increases software stability.
• For the iPod mini, iPod mini Software 1.3 was introduced, providing compatibility with the new iPod minis (iPod mini 2G), as well as for charging and synchronising over USB with Mac OS X 10.2.8 or Mac OS X 10.3.4 or later.
• For the iPods with Dock Connector, support for iTunes 4.7 and later is provided. Two new options are now in the Main Menu: Shuffle Songs and the Music menu item.
• For the original iPod (Scroll Wheel) and iPod (Touch Wheel), support for iTunes 4.7 and later is provided. Two new options are now in the Main Menu: Shuffle Songs and the Music menu item.
