James Allen "Jim" Martindale (born May 1945) was the first manufacturing and production supervisor at Apple Computer.

Atari[]
Martindale first met future Apple co-founder Steve Jobs at Atari, where the two had worked together.[1][2]
Apple Computer[]
Martindale joined Apple Computer in 1977 as employee #9. He worked with Dan Kottke in the production department on the assembly of early Apple II computers.[3][4] Martindale was among the few early employees to be issued shares of Apple stock on November 17, 1977.[5]
