Mac OS 7.5.3L

Mac OS 7.5.3L is a version of Mac OS 7.5.3 designed for a few Macintosh clones produced in early 1996, such as those from Power Computing, UMAX, and Daystar. The actual Mac OS content was virtually identical to the standard version of 7.5.3, but the clones bundled extra software and extensions to support their non-Apple hard disks, CD-ROM drives, monitors and other peripherals.
