The Mac Studio is based on a taller [[Mac mini]] design with the [[Apple M1 Max]] or [[Apple M1 Ultra|Ultra]] processors with greater performance than models of the [[Mac Pro (3rd generation)|3rd-generation Mac Pro]]. The majority of the interior volume is dedicated to a cooling system designed to maintain the thermal envelope with little noise.
