The Macintosh LC III+ was released on October 18, 1993 as part of Apple Computer's family of low-cost Macintosh LC series. A consumer version was marketed as the Macintosh Performa 460.

Features[]

The LC III+ featured a 33MHz Motorola 68030 processor, a modest boost from its predecessor, the Macintosh LC III. Otherwise the specifications of the two variants, which share the same model number M1254, are nearly identical. The LC III+ was discontinued on February 14, 1994.
