Accessing a Wi-Fi network in macOS 10.15

The Network pane of System Preferences in macOS was developed by Apple to allow users to customize the network settings of their Mac. It can be used to access the Internet through Bluetooth, Ethernet, Thunderbolt, or Wi-Fi.

For sharing a network connection, use the Sharing preferences pane.
