Services options can be customized in the Keyboard preferences pane.
Services is a menu item accessible from the active application's menu in the menubar. It provides access to a selection of basic services in Mac OS X or macOS. The Service options can be customized through the Shortcuts tab of the Keyboard (System Preferences) pane.
