The Swiss Confederation (Latin: Confoederatio Helvetica), commonly known as Switzerland, is a country in the confluence of Central, Southern, and Western Europe. The capital city is Bern.

The land area of Switzerland is 39,997 km2. As of July 2021, the population was estimated to be 8.5 million, making it the 99th most populous country in the world at the time.[1]
Apple in Switzerland[]
The first Apple retail store in Switzerland was opened on September 25, 2008 at Rue de Rive 4 in Geneva.[2] In early 2020, all 4 stores in Switzerland were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but all were reopened that same year on May 12.[3]
