Texas (Spanish: Tejas), also called the "The Lone Star State", is a state within the South Central region of the United States, where Apple has based a satellite campus in the capital city of Austin.

Statistics

Texas is the 2nd largest state by geographical area in the United States and is the 2nd most populous U.S. state (after California). The state contains several of the most populous U.S. cities, such as Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

Apple in Texas

In November 2019, Apple began construction of a new campus to house its staff in Austin, where it also manufactures the 3rd generation Mac Pro.[1]

As of 2020, there are 17 Apple retail stores in Texas.[2]
