The Game of Life 2 is a board game adaptation that was developed and published by Marmalade Game Studio for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS (with Apple Silicon), as well as Android and Windows. It is based on the classic board game The Game of Life.
Releases[]
The Game of Life 2 was first released for Android on June 24, 2020, with the iOS version being released on the following July 15th. A Windows version was released through Steam on December 11, 2020. Ports for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 were released on March 29, 2021 and June 16, 2022, respectively.[1][2]
Apple Arcade version[]
A variant for Apple Arcade was announced on March 11, 2025 and was released on the following April 3rd under the title The Game of Life 2+.[3][4]

As of April 2025, the minimum requirements are:
- iOS 13 or later
- iPadOS 13 or later
- macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later with Apple Silicon
- visionOS 1.0 or later
